Our policy states NO REFUNDS ALLOWED ONLY STORE CREDIT.
We only allow you to exchange for store credit within 7 days starting at the time your item was delivered. If you need to exchange, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org please state in the email your order number. we will send you a address to send the item back to us.You will have exactly seven days from the time we approved your return to get the product shipped back to us. After the seven day window has expired you will no longer be eligible for store credit on that item. PLEASE DO NOT SHIP to address on invoice. The exchange confirmation has to be confirmed through email FIRST before the exchange can occur. We here at Scripted Lux Boutique check ALL merchandise before shipping off. Accessories/Bralettes are the only items WE WILL NOT EXCHANGE FOR STORE CREDIT. ACCESSORIES/BRALETTES ARE FINAL SALE.
When the exchange has been confirmed for returning customers are responsible for paying shipping cost to return the item for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BROKEN?
We only allow a 3-day window for a REPLACEMENT From the date the package was delivered. Although we are not responsible for the shipping provider's mishaps. We will consider replacing your item within 3 days of the order delivery.
HOW DOES THE CUSTOMER GET THE 3-DAY REPLACEMENT PROCESS STARTED?
The Customer needs to first email sophiliaco @ email@example.com with all details or orders. The customer is in charge of the shipping fee and returning the broken piece. We will not replace your jewelry without receiving the broken jewelry back first.
Sophilia Co. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE IF THIS IS THE MATTER. PLEASE CONTACT THE SHIPPING PROVIDER.
